Since 2002. family home to the current owners family Vrbanovic, Vila Nona is folk house with elements of traditional architecture. One of the older houses Vila is cultural monument in the town of Mali Losinj, and evaluated by the Ministry of Culture as an excellent example of successful adaptation of ancient, traditional houses for the purpose of tourism. The house has two floors, with the front facade, which overlooks the city and street A. Haračića, two front side facing the adjacent courtyard and gardens, citrus trees and front yard, which overlooks the Mediterranean stone patio on two levels and canopy forests Čikat Park. Over couple of steps and through stylized wrought iron gates you enter front garden of lush vegetation from which the double wooden doors lead into the hallway in front of the living room. In used to be ground floor kitchen, and now is a winter living room. Fireplace and the water tank with the superstructure in the kitchen are also specific buildings on the island (especially Susak) and differ significantly from the more modest buildings, where wells are usually outside in the yard.
