Wishing you a pleasant stay on the island, we would kindly ask you observe the following House Rules in order to avoid any possible misunderstandings:

1. You can move into apartment after 02.00 PM, unless arranged otherwise.
2. At your arrival, we kindly ask you to leave your passport to the landlord, so he would be able to register your stay.
3. The landlord is obliged to give you clean towels every 2 days as well as the bed linen every 3 days.
4. The landlord is not responsible for your possessions.
5. Animals may be brought into the apartment only with the permission of the landlord. Additional fee has to be payed.
6. It is forbidden to bring inflamables, explosives as well as the things with strong and unpleasant smell into the apartment.
7. From 11.00 PM till 07.00 AM it is a quiet time and therefore we would kindly ask you not to disturb your landlord, other guests as well as the neighbors.
8. Please take care of apartment, turn off all electrical equipment, air conditioning and turn off the water.
9. The guest who causes any damage in the apartment or disturbs the peace, will have to compensate the loss and will have to go out from apartment.
10. If you have any objections to the quality of accommodation as well as inadequate behavior of the landlord, please do write it down into Complaints book at the "Nona 1846" Vila Rustic Vrbanovic.
11. On the day of your departure we would kindly ask you to leave the apartment till 10.00 AM, otherwise you will be charged for that day as well.
12. Persons who are not registered in the apartment are not allowed to stay in apartment.
13. We kindly ask you not to move furniture and put garbage into garbage can in the street.
