Since 2002. family home to the current owners family Vrbanovic, Vila Nona is folk house with elements of traditional architecture. One of the older houses Vila is cultural monument in the town of Mali Losinj, and evaluated by the Ministry of Culture as an excellent example of successful adaptation of ancient, traditional houses for the purpose of tourism.

The house has two floors, with the front facade, which overlooks the city and street A. Haračića, two front side facing the adjacent courtyard and gardens, citrus trees and front yard, which overlooks the Mediterranean stone patio on two levels and canopy forests Čikat Park.

Over couple of steps and through stylized wrought iron gates you enter front garden of lush vegetation from which the double wooden doors lead into the hallway in front of the living room. In used to be ground floor kitchen, and now is a winter living room. Fireplace and the water tank with the superstructure in the kitchen are also specific buildings on the island (especially Susak) and differ significantly from the more modest buildings, where wells are usually outside in the yard.

Today they're used to further enrich living room area, where its attraction testify about the time when the kitchen was the center of family life. On the ground floor windows are wrought iron grilles, and from the winter living room exit leads to the covered terrace, living room extension available to hosts and guests, with a large kitchen equipped with barbecue, lavender stone, oven, gas stove, dishwasher and goods, fridge and coffee and beer. Another extension enables you to lounge out in the open in a Mediterranean stone garden, furnished with wooden tables and chairs, stone walls protected from spying eyes.

On the floors where bedrooms used to be guests can now find category four star apartments (for two people), which provide high comfort, convenient for guests, who can recognize a discrete warmth of our simple yet beautiful rustic villa built in the 1846.
